Hello:

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Ontario Brain Injury Association's (OBIA) Employer Support Initiative. 

The goal of this initiative is to provide employers with tailored education, training, and enhanced support services. This will improve your capacity to support your employees as they return to work after a concussion/brain injury. This is a FREE SERVICE!

The Employer Support Initiative will provide: 
- An online training program tailored to employers (e.g. Executives/ Supervisors/ Managers/ HR representatives). Average completion time is 1 hour - 1 hour 30 minutes to complete. 
- Access to Enhanced Services, which includes support from an Occupational Therapist and Social Worker

The Enhanced Services portion of the program is a collaboration between you and your employee. To ensure appropriate consent is received, your employee must initiate these services by contacting the Return to Work team directly. Every participant is required to complete the online training program before accessing the Enhanced Support Services. 

This program is only available for employers in Ontario.
