EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FORM
Thank you for your interest in the Ontario Brain Injury Association's (OBIA) Return to Work program. Please be advised that we are recruiting for our Return to Work program, with a start date in Spring 2024.
The goal of this program is to provide employees and employers with tailored education, training, and enhanced support services to improve the return to work process. This is a FREE SERVICE!
The Return to Work program will provide:
- An online training program tailored to your needs
- In collaboration with your employer, you will have access to an Occupational Therapist and Social Worker
This program is only available to employees working in Ontario and employees must be returning to work with their pre-injury employer. If you are interested in participating, please take a few minutes to express your interest below.
Please note: The Return to Work program does not provide support for job searching, building resume/interview skill or job coaching. Click here to visit Employment Ontario for assistance in this area.
